Firstly, let’s begin with positiveactivities. Nowadays, more and more people suffer from the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. They forget about exercise and entertainment. They think making money comes first, so they quit taking care of their own health. So, in order to be healthier, we must engage / in activities such as running, yoga, and other forms of entertainment such as reading a book, going out with a loved one, and so on. Actives will assist us in maintaining good mental and physical health. In addition, it also helps reduce the risk of getting chronic disease and depression.

Secondly, having a balanced diet is also vital. If we eat rich foods with a diet of experts, we will have more energy to study as well as work our daily routine.

Besides, we also avoid sticking to fast foods and pre-packaged foods. because it is not hygienic and not healthy. And we shouldn't sleep much or sit still for a long time without exercise.

In conclusion, health is "the key" to a happy life and longevity/So, if you are living an unhealthy lifestyle, stop immediately and switch to a healthy lifestyle.

    When I was a child, I thought communication was a very normal thing and it would not help my future. But today I just realized that good communication skills are very important, both in person and online.  Communication skill is the ability to listen, communicate and analyze information, .. in words, gestures, writing, etc. So it is very difficult for us to completely master this skill even if you are a professional. manager of a large company or teacher. I can get it from any environment. Firstly, In life, I can learn to listen to the opinions of loved ones and friends so that I can communicate my opinions effectively. Besides, I can participate in volunteer activities or work part-time to be able to communicate with more people and thereby develop effective communication habits. In universities. I can join clubs to make new friends and thereby improve my communication skills. In addition, I would like to be a presenter at university events to be more confident in front of the crowd

    In short, Good Communication doesn't mean that I have to be a great orator or a good writer, but It gives me more confidence to present myself to the places I apply for in the future. And create something special about yourself that every workplace wants to get.

   You understand how to plan an ideal abroad trip. We have a lot of stuff to get ready. First and foremost, money is required if I am to travel. So, for four years of college, I studied and worked hard in order to save money for travel. The second factor is health; without it, we can't go to the top. So  I always exercise for excellent health. Another thing is language. I think I will be going alone without the assistance of a travel agency, thus learning English is critical. Because it allows me to communicate with people and learn about the cultures of the countries I travel.

  To sum up, I believe that many people, like myself, have a strong passion for travel.  Traveling to new places allows me to unwind and recover from my routine existence and difficult college years. Furthermore, it allows me to discover new aspects of myself and get a wealth of social skills that will be valuable in my future employment.
