At the corporate level they have a "heavy hand" in regulations.<br>2. Some jobs you may have to go back to school for.<br>3. Corporate level jobs can be hard to get due to people not wanting to level that certain position.<br>4. A pretty nice average salary with plenty of room to grow.<br>2. Degree is not required if you choose not to get one.<br>3. Ability to travel with your job<br>4. Traditional and non-traditional work schedules<br>5. Opportunity for growth<br>6. Plenty of benefits including paid sick leave, tuition reimbursement, health and life insurance.<strong><br>Cons:<br></strong>1. Entry-level pickers and packers are/can be on their feet for long periods of time, up to and including all shift.<br>2. Salary on the low side for Entry-level employees.</div>]]></description>
