I'm writing to thank you for making my anniversary party special as the event was arranged same  sequence that I have requested before. My friend recommended this place to celebrate our anniversary .

As we planned and decided theme by giving roses and chocolates to each couple but the chocolates that was given to each couple wasn't same as the one that I have chosen. 

According to this I hope from you to focus on the details to avoid this kind of problems.

I have chosen your resort because I was informed by my relative for being the best in organizing events. He told me that your resort organized a big party for his anniversary and it was a wonderful one. I planned to have my surprise anniversary party for my wedding and I wanted it to be the best in class. I also asked to take place in specific sequence of events and to take special care of my guests.

However, nothing went as per plan. The sequence of event was mixed up, the food was not tasty at all and was not enough for all guests. Also, many guests complained to me for not being served drinks on time. 


I am asking you to investigate on what happened at the party, I want to know how they missed up the arrangements and how come the good was not as good as expected and promised by you. Also I need to know why my guests were not given the right attention. 

Please let me know about the findings of the investigation

I was booked a suit 12th July in your ABC resort, I have heard about it from my friends Also one of my cousins recommed it for me. 

There are several problems when I arrived there.Firstly, the clean service was bad. Secondly, the air conditioner don't work and also the internet connection was so slow. I talked to the call center and they said that it will be fixed during the next three hours but the connection stayed slow until the next morning.

I am writing to you to resolve this problem because the service was very bad and not as I expected

 I'm  writing to thank you for arrange y anniversary party and i would like you to know the reason of choosing your resort because of the good and high reputation we heard about your resort .

But, unfortunately we have been shocked from the service was not as we expected , and also the delay in catering we planned and decided to having the dishes at 7 pm according to the anniversary program  but actually it served at 8 pm which was very embarrassing for me. and also there was some dishes i have not chosen .
  

 i hope that you try to investigate and try to know who is the responsible about these bad experience .
i hope that you overcome these problems in future and being more precise .  and i will be gratful for future contact

I have choose your hotel because my cousin recommend it for me to celebrate the anniversary.

Unfortunately I had a problems, I have booked a room with sea view and they give me room with a street view and when I told them, they said that all the rooms with the sea view are not available and they can't give me.
The second problem was the room was full of insects and when I call the room service they didn't answer me so I didn't feel comfortable that night.
The last problem was the wifi, it was so slow and i couldn't use the wifi.

I am writing to you to demand you improve your services and to refund half of my money because you didn't give me my right booking.

Dear Mr. Dave Wilkinson,   

I'm writing to thank you for making my art exhibation special as the event was arranged same  sequence that I have requested before. My family recommended this place to me to make the exhibation in.
However, it is now two days since the exhibation finished and there have been many feedbacks on the services that i received.

First of all, the hall walls was not prepared well for the paints as I wanted. They were different than what I choose and this mistake made me feel disappointed, i choose the empty walls but i get the decorated ones.Also, the drinks was not as we decided, we decide to have fresh juices and soft drinks were i only see that they only serve soft drinks, I spoke to one of your staff to solve the problem, but I did not see any changes.

I am writing to refund half of my money because i am not happy with the service.

I choose your hotel because my friends recommend it for me its a good place for anniversary celebration and its has an offers if you booked a suite the restaurant and swimming pool you can enter it for free.

Unfortunately, when i came to the hotel i got shocked because i booked the suite but they gave me a small room when i asked them why they said all the suite are not available now.

I am particularly unhappy about your service i hope you solve the problem and the party was perfect.

Thanks for asking my feedback of my celebration. I chose your company regarding to my best freind advice. However, it is now one week since the event finished and there have been many feedbacks on your services.

First of all, the anniversary decoration was not as I wanted. The colours were different than what I chose and this mistake made me feel disappointed. Also, the welcoming method was not as we decided,some couples were welcomed very nicely while others not. Worse still, I spoke to one of your staff to adjust the situation, but I did not see any difference.

I am writing to you to do what would suit me best, even returning some of the money or offering me one day free in your hotel.
