Apparently, I’m the only intern of the day. During the orientation session, I get a lot of knowledge and get to know more about the company. 
After the orientation, we having break for 1 and half hour.
Next, we go to admin office to do our face scan for our attendance to be recorded. Then, each of us go to our own department. 
However, my HR supervisor was on leave so I went to Admin department instead.
In the admin department, the supervisor gave me a task which is key in some employees’ documents into their new system. it took me some time to get used to the system. Hence, I key in 14 employees into the system.

Some of the departments are centralized such as HR, Admin, Plant Engineering, Waste Water Treatment, Laboratory, Store, Project and Safety & Health. 

Each department has different working time, environment and job scopes. We currently using 2 platforms to perform the interview session which are face to face interview and online interview. 

In the same time, I also prepare the new joiner list for 01/04/22. I compile the new joiners' application form and submit to the Admin department for them to prepare offer letters.
