This is a picture I took at 4 A.M. at the gym, it shows how dedicated I am to my goals. If I want to reach something, I will do anything to reach it. Waking up and doing it even when I'm cold, tired, or unmotivated. For me, drive keeps me going, motivation is thrown out the window when you are trying to reach a goal sometimes.

Confidence is powerful.

I am a bikini athlete, which is bodybuilding. This sport brings confidence to me in every way I can think of. This sport is beautiful and so rewarding. Posing has given me so much confidence and has made me feel like I'm on top of the world. I am so confident now, and it means a lot to say that. I have struggled with it for the longest time.

Aerials make me feel artistic. I can create a story with flow. Make shapes into emotions, spins into feelings. This sport has brought me so much creativity. It's always good to bring some flow into your life to help you decompress. This is my home, and the thing I love to do to make me feel out my emotions and thoughts.
