Dennis Radar was an American serial killer, given the nickname "BTK", where he would blind his victim, torture them and then kill them. He has a recorded 10 killings, he is seen as psychopath as he seemed to kill his victims all the same way and did not have any personal reasons as to why he picked those people as his victims.
    2. to have a sociopathic personality disorder/sociopathy, is when someone does not feel any regard for the human life, they do not consider the rights or wrongs of a moral dilemma, they tend not to value the lives of others because they can not comprehend the importance of others.

Dr. Welner means from this quote, that most psychopaths can hide their insanity, for example, the most well-known serial killers such as Ted Bundy would never have been caught because of how calm he is in everything he does, he had confidence and it got him far when it came to his killings. Dennis is just like this as he hides his sociopathy behind a false act, no one suspects him because he does look or act suspicious.

No, not all psychpaths are serial killers, I don't see it this way. because the most mentally ill psychopaths are in confinement, a place where they try to be helped everyday, others are out there, they could have the tendency, but they do not go straight to murder. Other factors of becoming a serial killer is how they grew up, maybe an abusive life, ridden with PTSD, traumatic experiences through childhood, it leads them to a life of crime, then leads to wanting to take someone's life such as what happened to them when they were younger.
