These freedoms and greater sense of self-ownership come with a greater sense of responsibility. All young people at Headlands are responsible for their own actions, and as such need to make positive decisions with the increasing freedom that they experience. Headland helps YPs in this development throughout their time with us, knowing that everyone makes mistakes and it is how we learn from them that has the greatest benefit.
