I really enjoy how Padlet can generate the immediate feedback and have multiple functions. 

There are so many interesting digital learning tools that I want to introduce to my students and apply in my classroom; however, due to the limitation of technology that we can access, I don't have enough time to introduce Padlet to my students.

The diversity of students'  race, class, gender, and multilingualism have a great impact on a classroom. As a teacher, we should see the diversity as a strength not a problem in our classroom. 

I think diversity is a valuable asset in a classroom. By incorporating different backgrounds in the classroom, the students will be more culturally diverse when they are in the school. How can the teachers assist the students to meet their needs in preparation for college or future career has become a challenging for the teachers.
As teachers, we should provide and teach students authentic materials that they can apply outside the classroom, or the skills that they can use in real life.  I have read an article, I forgot the original quote, but what it meant is that students can only learn something they are interested in. Therefore, how can the teachers increase students’ interest in learning?
