According to Burke &amp; Barron (2014), Dr. Meredith's Belbin's 9 roles are identified so that there are equal voices in a team necessary to its success. He often spoke against pigeonholing people to a role, but knowing where their strengths are can help support them in their roles and give them the most success in their contribution to the team.</p>]]></description>

However, those intrinsic motivators can improve the satisfaction of a member and continue to motivate them long-term. </p>]]></description>
