For second class, a lot new students join our class, and we do the chicken dance again for welcome them to study in UNIMAS.

I was delightful and paly the dance with our classmates.❤

but there are also some troubles in our groups. For the first time, I learned about teamwork. It is a role paly about nonverbal communication, it should be show the situation by silence. Our group members found a video about job interviews on YouTube. I disagree with this idea. On the one hand, we could not copy this, for my understanding, because it is unclear about plagiarism. On the other hand, the logic in the video is wrong, the video shows that one impolite person lost the chance and one polite person got it. In my opinion, politeness is one factor that HR considers when deciding whether or not to hire someone. But it is not crucial. A person's ability and suitability should be the primary reason for an employer to hire them.

Let us imagine one situation: one person has a nice attitude, but his education level and work experience are inappropriate for the company. Will HR hire this person?  At the same time, there is one person who is rude and impolite, but who can solve a serious problem and provide new technology. If you are in charge of human resources, who should you hire?

As a result, I am opposed to this video situation. To be honest, I disagree because of another reason: they want me to play the rude role…

Then, I fix this script. I change the reason. The role is rejected because of the high salary, and the position is not suitable for giving so much money. And I prepare my phone to show the words: RM 8,000 per month.

Hence, I guess our classmates would understand the situation in our group from our mime presentation.  

I know sometimes I like a rabbit. But I am not stupid. The situation of a job interview needs a boss, but I am not interested in playing a role and satisfying others’ vanity. Because I understand that being a boss is not an easy job, and management is the most exhausting job in the emotional intelligence field. The manager must maintain interpersonal balance in the workplace. One to two people should be useful and be given some power, then let them communicate with and control other workers. In other words, a good person is not suitable for being a manager. The process of becoming a boss is a period of changing values. For example, this person will know the social class system and be in agreement with the unequal system in society. As stated by Marx, the philosopher who holds Marxism.He emphasizes how capitalism reduces human value to the value of an object, such as a tool or machine. The rich person takes time away from the poor person, binding them to work and consumerism. The Chinese boss encouraged the employees to have a child and buy a house on loan from banks. As a result, they were able to arrange the exhausting job without opposition from these employees.

I dislike changing my values and regarding others as tools. Meanwhile, as a manager, I'm tired of scheming others. My life philosophy is to avoid conflicting interests, such as being a boss. My study at UNIMAS is innocent, and the world has become more simple and relaxed. The academic environment is a good place for me to improve. 

In conclusion, I believe that the more knowledge I learn, the better environment I gain.

After we divided the job of group assessment, I communicated with Hanis, and she scheduled the written report about the body discussion. It could appear as follows:

However, there is still one problem with my group assessment. The problem is that I submitted the written report too early and missed the final edition. Hence, in my group assessment submission, there are differences with my group members. I could not submit twice. I think this is the challenge I face. In addition to this, I cooperate positively and delightfully with them for the group assessment.

We communicated with each other friendly and sincerely, and solving the issues as fast as we can. Hence, the cooperation in the group assessment is going well. I wish I could meet with one team again in the future.
