Gender violence is a real issue that happens all the time, this is not talked about enough whether it happens to a man or a female. We need to be more educated on the topic to prohibit or know the signs of abuse happening around us. One of the best ways to account for the many different forms of abuse by different persons is by reading. For young students, reading YA Lit on gender violence can help explore the ways in which they can make a change in this issue or be able to help someone that they know suffering through a similar cycle of abuse.
