         <description><![CDATA[<div>Comecei a caminhada&nbsp; dia 09/07 , com 5 Km, após isso forcei mais um pouco indo aos 9Km dia 10/07, continuei indo pelo menos 3 vezes por semana&nbsp; porém houve dias que não cronometrei .&nbsp;<br>Percebi uma coisa interessante&nbsp; pois nos primeiros dias mal andava 500 m, no entanto após ir 3 duas seguidos conseguia correr no pique 2,5 km ,&nbsp;<br>Ou seja meu corpo estava se acostumando com aquela frequência. &nbsp;<br>Consegui tirar vários proveitos dessa caminhada com ajuda da dieta&nbsp; , inclusive perda de peso pois no início&nbsp; estava com 94kg,&nbsp; hj estou com 89,7 kg.&nbsp;<br>Forçava muito meus exercícios, após as caminhadas ia pros treinos de futsal também, outra forma de pratica muito boa.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>consegui concluir os exercicios de agachamento , poli chinelo, flexão, treino com pesos, abdominal, alongamento entre outros... o objetivo foi a movimentação do corpo e trabalhar a coordenação motora, além disso os exercicios foram de minha escolha e as gravações com o auxilo de amigos, colegas.<br>basicamente tive bons resultados a parir de treinamentos como esse ganho massa muscular e perco gordura corporal.<br><br></div>]]></description>
