There was a display of the ten commandments in Texas and it was under fire because there were people that it violated the first amendment establishment clause. A public school was providing classes to aid religious instruction and the board of education thought that it was against the law and unconstitutional. That case was that they could deny unemployment benifits to a man who was fired for using peyote and drug that was used for religious beliefs of the man.
