This is a good site because it's a encyclopedia, you can't get more real than that! it says they can only get a tatoo in a certain place on their body and that some are not allowed and that having a tatoo in a area where you can feel pain or using a numbing thing will cause it to be okay but it can't be one that is hurting your skin and one that is able to be seen in a certain area
