SMEs rejected or were confused about edits made to a training document - they thought I made the changes based on my personal preference. After meeting with them and discussing the reasoning behind the changes - including accessibility and improved visual comprehension - our mutual understanding of our roles became clearer and we became more consistent in communicating with each other more often.

I had a similar experience to harmony to where I worked a seasonal role at dicks in the shoe department and for the relational impact the boss who was looking over us really strained the relationship that was built amongst co workers and pro staff because they would very much micromanage everything we did even the high performers would still get micromanaged and that caused lots of tension and loss of trust over the holiday season.

Adaptive followership - a leader claimed to "welcome" new ideas, perspectives, etc. However, there seemed to be an attitude shift as though they were being questioned when we brought a new idea or perspective to them.

I was tasked with taking on the role of head basketball coach and needed ensure the gameplan was executed by the team. I found difficulty in looking to make adjustments as they were new and unfamiliar with the players. I worked to simplify and breakdown each play and provide clear insturction that made it easier for the team to understand. Clarifying roles and objectives allowed for the oppurtunity for accountability for each team member.
