I'm not sure when to log a communication or where to do so.
I avoid sending emails through Salesforce.
I know how to send emails through salesforce but I don't know when I am supposed to.
I don't know how to create new reports.

Are you using spreadsheets, emails, or other tools instead of Salesforce to track and manage your goals and deliverables?

I use Google Sheets to track attendance, events and other items.
I only track my emails in my Gmail - I'm not sending through Salesforce.

I use it pretty regularly now as I am still learning how to use it and how it could be used to help my job in the future. I use it for YYA apps, YYA newsletter, and primarily for finding information about other people to help with outreach or for other initiatives.

When I send listserv emails, the attachments aren't viewable. PDFs are sent as an HTML link. Also, I wish there was a way to visualize where our members are located on a map, or a way that I could see what specific resources they have (computer labs, etc)

LaBraia: I like looking through the campaigns to find information I need for past events especially the listening sessions. I also like the past templates of the YYA newsletter.
