         <description><![CDATA[<div>the ingredients are<br>1 kg wheat flour, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 minimum pinch of salt, 4 tablespoons milk the powder, well filled, water and it is typical of sutamarchan<br>Preparation<br>In a tray we place the flour (we must reserve a little for the moment of kneading the arepas). We make a hole in the center of the flour as well as a volcano and add in it, the pinch of salt, the sugar and the margarine.<br>We mix well. And then we gradually add the water as we knead well with our hands until it forms a compact, smooth and uniform dough, we let it rest well covered for half an hour. So that the dough ferments a little.<br>On a table we spread a little flour and knead well forming balls a little larger than a tennis ball. Which we crush giving a circular arepa shape. We open small holes by piercing them with a fork in several parts so that air enters and ferments a little more and then helps the cooking. We let it rest for a few more minutes.<br>Preheat the oven to 180 oC. While it takes temperature, we place the arepas in a very hot budare and brown a little on the surface of each side. Then remove it from the budare and pass it through the oven until golden brown and slightly fluffy.<br>Serve hot with butter, cream and grated white cheese.<br><br></div>]]></description>
