To relate with my personal experience, I'm musically inclined meaning I composed a lot of music based on feels rather than a specific genre as well as listening to music. My primary roots came mostly from the genres of rock and metal because of my parents and my uncles. As time flies, I went through a phase where I got into the works in the genres of disco, new wave/alternative/indie, K-Pop, and recently alternative pop. 

MEANING
Speaking of fashion, I remembered wanting to sport a long hair back in 3rd year after seeing a bunch of rock and metal musicians having it which eventually I have 3 years later during the pandemic. Because of my music taste, my fashion outfit and hairstyle becomes androgynous which caused mix reactions from family and friends especially to strangers who are labelling others by accident. 

I would like to admit that it's hard acting like a man because I got into stuffs quite feminine. 

LANGUAGE
Back when I was in All Day, because of having split colored long hair, I was mistaken for a girl or "Ma'am" by the female cashier which I find it very funny. This is because I'm quite experimental when it comes to coming up with outfit. Same thing happened but this time is the security guard because of my top bun back when I was travelling with my mom and sister. 

THINKING
Recently, Riyadh is an almost open city meaning women are allowed to work, drive, and more, cinemas are now open, and modernization is developing. My thought in Riyadh as "free city" happened before I planned to recolored my hair after Seulgi, my bias wrecker in a Kpop group called Red Velvet, but it didn't happen after my dad warned me about people's perspective/reasoning towards people who are trying androgynous fashion in Saudi which quite saddened me given the fact that the people there are adjusting in regards to fashion. So the bottom line on what I've learned from them is adapting to new environments in which I learned hard when I spent time in Riyadh with family for just 5 months and sacrificing a bit of my wants. 

My takeaway in this experience is that people had a different reasoning and I can't just force them to adapt to same reasoning I have when it comes to fashion which is a pretty tough lesson I had to swallow.
