After we arrived at my accommodation, we started our preparation for cooking during the time waiting for others. Francis cut the beef into small pieces while Zoe and me snicked the chicken wings and fishes. And then we soused the fishes, beef and chicken wings with Chinese cooking wine and salt in order to eliminate fishy smell. After everyone arrived, we started our main part of cooking. At first, everyone was focused on their own work. But we quickly realised that we were in a rush and a muddle. Someone was busy while others didn't know what to do. We decided the order and separated the work. As a result, we became more efficient than before. I cooked chicken wings with coke while Francis cooked beef with scallion. After our work finished, Zoe started to cook fish with chilli. All of our dishes were cooked in Chinese style. Finally, we enjoyed our delicious foods together, and talked about the differences in eating habits between people who live in northern part of China and people who live in southern part of China. We really had a good time together.

Materials: chicken wings, chilli, ginger, salt, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar.

Step: 

1. Snike the chicken wings.

2. Souse them with Chinese cooking wine, salt and ginger.

3. Heat oil, fry up the chicken until golden and pick them out.

4. Reheat the oil, put ginger and chilli, and then put chicken wings into the pot.

5. Add sauce and sugar, fry them for one minute, add the coke until drown the wings.

6. Boil them until the sauce become thick.
