         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Weight Watchers diet is good if you can follow small portions sizes. Personally I would rather be limited on what I can eat then making the amount of what I eat smaller. I like the exercise piece of it though because I like to workout. You have to follow a certain number of points to make your goals and each food you eat is a different number of points. I could follow something as strict is this and I would have trouble recording everything I eat. So this is not a diet that I would follow.</div>]]></description>
