         <description><![CDATA[<p>With my athletic training job, it can be hard sometimes to include students that are not eager to participate/learn. I need to improve motivating them and creating a supportive space. I want them to feel that they can make a mistake, but I will teach them the correct way or to avoid that from happening again. I also want to get better at collaboration with colleagues, I don't reach out much when I need help. I just figure it out on my own, but the students will benefit more with those collaborations. The school I work at is a very diverse school, so I embrace their differences and I always want to learn more about their cultures. The students love that I want to know more about them. </p><p>-Destiny</p>]]></description>
