Minnesota, 283 U.S. 697, 51 S.Ct. 625, 75 L.Ed. 1357 (1931). The Minnesota court got rid of the prior restraints on the press.(Prior restraints are when you could not include any censored material like murder.) It's good that curt got rid of the restraints because it allows us to know what fake news is. We selected the issue because it allows us to spread news freely to each other and to the general public through social media and newspaper. Freedom of the press was executed in this case. We used our lies picture to help define slander for those who don't know it's meaning, Bill of Rights pic to help us with the fact that we're dealing with the first amendment, and last of all a news paper because it was allowing true freedom of the press.
