The machine is portable and easy to use. It is able to measure the depths of the artery and vein. This tool with help to lessen IV attempts and insertion rates. This will also help with the time it takes to insert an IV when a patient is need of critical treatment.

Imagine from: https://425business.com/smart-sonography/

I feel that this tool to insert IV's in patients is very helpful. Not only in reduces that amount of IV sticks that a difficult patient may have but also with the complications that come from multiple sticks or the insertion of central IV's. A study found that "showed that there was overall success rate, 99 precent for the ultrasound group, as well as improved first-attempt success (71 precent)" (MacNamee, Jeong & Patel, 2014). This device is very helpful for not only the patients but also the nurses. It can relieve the stress from the nurse and instill confidence in the patient.

Image from: https://www.geekwire.com/2017/echonous-announces-35-million-new-funding-mini-ai-driven-ultrasound-devices/

-Carlos- Context- Having a Carlos that is able to think about the past helps plan for the future because we are able to learn from our mistakes in the past.
-Carlee- Consistency- Carlee is important to our team because consistency of treating each patient with dignity and respect is important. This will help for better patient outcomes with the EchoNous.
-Carter- Communication- Having a good communicator on the team is important because we will need to clearly and effectively explain the procedure.
-Amelia – Adaptability-Amelia is able to adapt to different situations where the EchoNous may need to be used. Having a strong adaptive person on the team will be vital to the success of the EchoNous
-Emily – Empathy- Emily is important because she is able to show our patients empathy while the procedure is performed. Patients can be anxious during the insertion of an IV having empathy is important.
