Fundamental is the analysis of the situation both at the level of infrastructures and equipment, and at the level of training and preparation of both teachers and students. Depending on the age of the students, I should also focus on the level of involvement and related skills on the part of the family. I should focus on the conceptual disciplinary nodes to be addressed in the form of problem solving, distinguishing between activities to be presented in a synchronous and asynchronous manner, clarify what role the students but also us teachers should assume. I should look for interested colleagues to collaborate with as projects, innovation and preparation of materials to be used remotely require a lot of time and effort, doing it alone could be frustrating and discouraging me; furthermore, the collaborative work of teachers is in itself a positive model for students. I should also contact our manager to verify that the choice of tools, sites, platforms to be used are compatible with the regulations of the institution and in general with national law (for example in terms of guaranteeing privacy, respect for copyright, etc. ). For the formative evaluation I would orient myself on checklists and self-evaluation questionnaires, for the summative one on reality tasks. But it would also be important to provide self-evaluation questionnaires for teachers and satisfaction for families: it is essential to take the pulse of the situation from the point of view of each person involved.

The most important think is to know and check if students have the devices needed to complete their tasks at home. They may be willing to work at home, but they need to have the appropriate devices and apps. Keeping this in mind, the teacher should adapt the tasks to the possibilities.

Dimitra K Greece Physical Education. I teach Physical Education, so I want to keep my students active as much as possible on a face-to-face lesson. So, I will give the theoretical content on the distance learning LMS for them to watch in their convenience. I have also to keep in mind that my students are young , so I will be brief and clear in my instructions, especially on the distance learning activities. I prefer the assessment to be qualitative than quantitative in my lesson, rather like a reflection on how we felt, what needs to be done for us to improve and similar things.

I am planning to create a video containing examples of what my students are expected to find out and learn during reading comprehension tasks - in a similar way that I would do that in class - but the difference here is that the content is designed for asynchronous individual learning.

I think it is very important for young primary school pupils to feel condident that they can learn at their on pace, but at the same time that they have enough help and guidance.
I will keep the video short ( up to 10 mins).
I will also try to involve them in group work with google docs and google slides assignments, that we will have the opportunity to discuss on site in class or even during the webex classes.
Assessment will come after the presentation of their individual and group work accompanied by a questionnaire about their feelings, how much they enjoyed the tasks/ (the project )and what they liked or they didn't like during this learning experience.

As I told before I teach german as foreign language at an upper secondary school in Italy and my students are between 15 and 19 years old.While planning the learning scenario, therefore, certainly the aspects to consider are the addressees of the experience, the objectives and methodologies to be chosen and applied accordingly to help the development of skills related to the experiences we want to share with our students. Scheduling temporal scans and material identification are equally important. Surely there will be moments of peer formative assessment and self-assessment and final evaluation of the students not only on what has been learned through experience, but also on the whole experience itself . It is indeed useful to identify which aspects worked and which did not. What needs to be improved and what needs to be avoided in similar experiences in the future. Many tools can be useful and contribute to the creation of engaging activities in synchronous and asynchronous mode. Playposit to customize videos creating lessons for flipped mode, nearpod, tricider, genially, but also padlet or the Miro platform are very useful tools for example if we want to let students work and collaborate in small groups

The real limits are:

- the assessment is exam-based and delegated to another entity to guarantee the avoidance of interest conflicts

So I would have to imagine a different organization of a certification course (or part of it...)

Blended learning means combining traditional, face-to-face teaching in a classroom with digital experiences, usually online.

Face-to-face interactions- I would include:

Lecturing a large group.
Breaking into groups of varying sizes for discussion, brainstorming, role-playing, or projects.
One-on-one coaching or feedback.

Digital experiences- I would include:

Written materials.
Videos.
Interactive scenarios.
Demonstrations or simulations.
Online discussion groups.
Peer reviews.

There is no bright line between face-to-face and digital experiences. Most of what you can do face-to-face you can also do online. Every learning situation is unique. But there are tips to start planning how to get the right blend in blended learning and create blended experiences that will have the greatest impact.

Analyzing the Audience

Where are they? If learners are geographically separated, you may need to rely almost entirely on digital experiences.
How many learners will be involved in each learning experience?
How tech-savvy are the learners? Are they used to communicating and collaborating online? If not, you might need to build in some game-like icebreakers to get them comfortable with the technology.

Analyzing the Content

What do you want people to know? If there’s background information people need to learn either before the first face-to-face session or at various points during the learning experience, it’s often best to put that information online.
What do you want people to be able to do? Group activities like discussions, brainstorming or hands-on session in the classroom and workplace can help build skills.

Considering A Wide Spectrum Of Strategies

Map strategies to your content, then consider whether they should be online, one-on-one, small group, or large group. Here are a few strategies to consider:

Any project starts with observing and listening to children. The question about, is: Where am I? Where is each of them, I mean and where is the group. Where do I think we should be? With the help of an experienced, adult guide who wants to learn together. Because every time the tools must be reviewed, the materials calibrated, the plot of the path in the lead because the road has as its rule the off road. Evaluation is a precious process, an act of care, the humble gaze of those who bring what they know to meet the living reality that is the school. I have already expressed that I would start with a video, short, a short film. Global message, poorly placed (subject to interpretation) with a theme, characters and sequences (structured, clear logic). I think, as with all innovation, in general, it's important to make small changes, then stick to them and build on them. Specifically, in my BLS I will pay attention to the subject, the target group (age, motivation and technical skills and equipment of the students) and a balance between face-to-face teaching and distance teaching. Not to be plagiarising, I have not read anything about knowing your students deeply.
As I pick a class for the first year, and I have them for 3 school years, I do lack the complete understanding of each student and find that some activities end up not being the best for most students.
On my second year with them, it is almost intuitive, on what to apply on this or that class. On our 3rd year, we are close family. Assessment is not the same for each student, and we know that.

One has to consider that there is not a 'one size fits all' recipe of blended learning. A more tailored approach i necessary. Age, background and preexisting student skills should be an ingredient in such a recipe. I tend to consider a particular blended learning approach after having gotten to know my audience(students). Asynchronous and autonoumous are great approaches, however the student should feel like they are a part of a guided dialogue, rather than an empty and lonely monologue.

For this, I have to report how many times he should watch the video. I should also give the student time to research the content. For my blended learning scenario, I would consider how flexible I should be with any of the mentioned models within the blended learning spectrum. For example, if I were to utilize (utilise) the individual rotation model and since the model is set on a fixed schedule, I would determine how much I can bend the rules without impacting the model's core. Another point for consideration would be the compatibility of a lesson with other operating systems and devices, along with the accessibility of the devices to ensure differently-abled students can benefit from the digital version of blended learning just as much as general education students would.

The first thing that to be done in a blended learning environment would be the evaluation of the readiness of the students.
Formative assessment should be taken into consideration as well as summative assessment.
Formative assessment would help the teacher and the students to see where they are within the course, this way the teacher can intervene when it is understood that a student can't keep up with the study materials. Here we can see the learning gaps and take action before it is too late.
Formative assessment can be included with quizzes and short writing assigments during the project.
The Summative assessment can be used at the end of the course. This way you can see if the student really learned the objectives. This can be done in several different ways, but I think I would go for an end product from the students.

When developing a blended learning scenario it is important to keep in mind the general aim of the scenario and its subject-specific objectives and outcomes. Just as in any other lesson planning type, it is necessary to make sure that our objectives are stated clearly. Furthermore, they need to be measurable, which is indispensable.

Since we want our Ss to acquire certain contemporary skills (such as critical thinking, creative thinking, digital skills, development of learning strategies, time management, etc. - actually 21st Century Skills), we should also specify some of these skill in our scenario. Another important factor to shape the scenario is the balance of activities and their distribution throughout itself.

In order to prepare an adequate scenario for our context, we furthermore need to consider aspects like our Ss' age, background knowledge, needs, wants, preferences, learning styles, etc. Besides these internal aspects we would also have to consider external factors such as technical equipment, curricula, institutional culture, etc.

As it is in every educational context/teaching scenario, assessment is crucial in order to make sure that our efforts don't go down the drain. Accordingly, it is important to incorporate elements of assessment, preferably formative type of assessment. As a summative assessment I would prefer an end product to be evaluated.

Based on all that I have learned in this course and my experience, I will plan an activity for older, secondary school (High school) students. This activity will be aimed at developing skills for balanced and equitable, environmentally friendly economic and social development.

The activities that will promote students' autonomy, will occur in synchronous and asynchronous activities, supported by appropriate tools.
