Have student A go and help student B the one who had difficulty getting to learn what explained. But I am not going to let A go by him/herself to help, I would go slowly / quietly be near by A and watch over this student to be sure he/she is doing the correct way of helping. This way student A would not just retain what he had learned by repeating it to another kid B , But hearing his own voice would also help retaining it more, and in addition to that A is helping B, So, B is benefiting, and student A feels proud of him/herself and earning a + for his classwork on that certain day. Now, I chose student B to go and help student C, again with me watching over him/her.
