We humans usually grow and learn by what things are in front of us or what is around us; these factors influence our lifestyle. But with the presence of media, we are exposed to limitless types of it where we can discover more than the things around us. Yet media is not the only thing we can learn from, the person I am now is not only because of media, it is also because of hindrances of life, the joy we feel, the people around us, and etc. I am not a product of media but a balance of the real world and the digital world.


In my perspective, my consumption is media is healthy because I am not bounding my whole life to it but it just a partial factor that influenced it. I could see media being unhealthy if we’re dependent to it and has completely shut off the world around us. We could avoid that by limiting our time online and truly embracing the essence of the world around us.
