Our target market is in the region of Unijaya and UNIMAS. Our customers are the residents of Unijaya and the students of UNIMAS. We will be selling food and beverage in the evening as there are not many restaurants operating in the area. We will be receiving online orders and delivering food in the evening to solve the problem of customers not being able to find food and drinks during the hour. We will be promoting our food through online marketing channels (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp) and we also offer a cash-on-delivery service for customers who purchase our product. This can help them place their orders easily. We also have a physical stall that gives us the opportunity to sell directly to our customers, which is also an opportunity to help us get up close and personal with our customers to understand their tastes and feedback. Compared to our competitors, we can offer a cash-on-delivery service where we only charge RM1 to RM2 and the price of cash on delivery stays the same when you order 3 to 4 food or beverages. The targeted sales are RM500.
