I live in a small family, we are only two dinner guests, usually one of them had lunch near to the office and we used to go out for dinner many times. So, the lockdown has radically modified our diet routine. In addition, I'm trying to avoid doing the shopping everyday, as all of you, I imagine. For this reason I recommend buying wholesale. Last Monday I went to the supermarket and bought an entire salmon, near four kilos. Then at home, I didn't know how cooking it, luckily, I found out this post.          <description><![CDATA[<div> A good way to resist and not lose your nerve in this confinement is  looking for motivating activities and being active.</div><div>I suggest having meetings with your friends online. For example, three friends and I meet online every other day to cook together. Every day one of us proposes a dish, teaches it, the rest learns it and we cook it together.</div><div>We also meet online to have a beer or a glass of wine and have a nice and interesting chat.</div><div>As I love music a lot, I am preparing an open list on Spotify in collaboration with a friend, and every day whoever wants can contribute with a song. Its name is <strong>"Playlist for the end of the world"</strong>. I recommend participating because that way you will get to know new music and will be able  to canalize these difficult moments through songs.</div><div>But what helps me the most to relax and forget about everything is working in the garden with the plants.</div><div>And of course I do not forget my sports activities of the day, Pilates in the morning and Yoga in the afternoon. This festival consists of singers performing on their Instagram accounts. You can check the schedule of each group or singer searching through the hashtag <em>#Yomequedoencasa</em>. For instance, today we can watch Miss Caffeina, Nek or Efecto Mariposa.<br>I recommend listening to Miss Caffeina, who is an indie group. They are playing at 10.30 p.m. I have bought tickets for their concert in Seville but unfortunately the concert has been cancelled 😅. Therefore, I'll enjoy watching them tonight. Also, I try to stick up with my routine, I try to get up at the same hour and studdy a little. Then I read  a book or watch a film. In addition, I suggest making a puzzle which helps you to relax and be focused in one task. If you don&#39;t like puzzles, why don&#39;t you try to draw something or doing sports? </title>

         <title>From my perspective the lockdown isn´t been a distressing experience. I´m working in all that unfinished things that never could make and I´m taking up new ones. However sometimes i feel anxious about the uncertainity the future is. A good way to disconnect from negative thinkings from my experience is to develop an activity such as drawing, sewing, cooking, etc. That activities demand your attention and gives you a sense of satisfaction in making.</title>

Although in this time I consider that it´s important to keep certain routine, I´d suggest practicing new habilities like the painting or doing sport. <br><br>These are only two examples that you could do, because I´m sure that everyone has thirst for knowledge and inquisitiveness.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Having quite so much time free it's not too bad at all. As I see it, you can use the lockdown for your own benefit. I'm convinced that you have now all the time to think, learn and create.<br><br>I suggest you keeping yourself busy improving your skills at cooking, workout, meditation, painting, sewing, etc. What is more, I do recommend getting out of your comfort zone and doing things that you've never done.<br><br>A good way to be successful in June is to practice English daily. Lockdown is a great path to get rid of all those movies on your "to-watch-list".<br><br>To sum up, I remind to you that we'll soon have to return to the routine, work and stress. Why don't you enjoy this time and keep in touch with your loved ones?</div>]]></description>

For that reason it is really necessary for you to keep your physical and mental health.<br>The best advice I can give you is that you should spend your free  time doing things that you really enjoy and you did not used to do since you did not have enough time.<br>Try to think it is a good chance  to spend more time with your family. If you want,  you can keep in touch with your friends by phone or whatsapp.<br>Another good advice can be to spend time reading or watching films. It is time to enjoy yourself. In addition to this it  is really important to keep your mind busy and avoid negative thoughts about diseases . Watch the news but do not spend  too much time listening to news about the coronavirus.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Do you  feel anxious about  being locked down for so many days?<br><br>As far as I'm concerned, I understand you. Not everybody knows what to do to stay content. But what would you say if I told you how to avoid sedentary lifestyle and boredom right now?.<br><br>A good way to handle this situation is to have a daily routine. What helps me the most is having a schedule for each activity. Every day, after waking up early, I usually make the bed then I always continue doing the house chores before having breakfast and after that, I do a little exercise.<br><br>I suggest doing yoga, because it helps keep your mind and body balanced. Needless to say, you must make sure that you drink enough water to stay hydrated during physical exercise.<br><br>If you don't like doing yoga, why don't you try doing Chi Kung or Tai-Chi? The coolest thing about Tai-Chi is when you have learned the complete series, you feel like the cat that got the cream.<br><br>During the long boring family evenings, I recommend singing karaoke, which is great fun.<br><br>I hope my suggestions can help you (to) make the most of these days.</div>]]></description>

These days, what helps me the most is: </div><div>-          First thing and the most important: As the video says, I recommend setting (and doing) our routine, it is very necessary to keep our mental care and don´t be crazy dealing with this weird situation. </div><div>-          Next one: I suggest doing all the sport tan you can! We´re all day long at home so we don´t move our body. This is a good way to be tired so we can sleep well and also not to put on weight.</div><div>-          To end:  Try to do new activities. We have a lot of free time now so, why don´t you paint a picture or learn how to play the piano?<br><br></div><div>I guess it would help you all!<br><br></div>]]></description>
