I am Megan and I’m an American by birth and a rebel by choice. I’m the like the candidate you’ve always dreamed of. Better than Barack and bitchier than Bush. Teach you about life, how we need to stop babies from being ripped out of their mothers wombs. Teach you about immigration, how we need to make room for some immigrants, while still protecting American values and protecting our children. Teach you about the sacred marriage between and man, and his wife, and how family bonds that keep this country together. If you let me America, I’ll be the best teacher you’ve ever had.

Forget about money-hungry, well-established politicians. I’m a mother and a wife first, and then a politician and America I want you to be a part of my family. I mean look at this beautiful country (billeder af natur) look at what we have and what we have accomplished. It’s breathtaking, this American soil, and we need to nurture it. Like a farmer nurtures his crops and like a mother nurtures her baby. America is ours and our amazing America needs us. With a strong head and a warm heart, I will guide our great Nation through this crisis that we are facing. Together we can overcome anything and together we will.

We are gathered here today because all of us want a better future for The United States of America, but what is a better future for us?

Nowadays, racism and homophobia is a common occurrence. People feel unsafe and can not even walk around in their own neighborhood without being scared. People blame the immigrants, but is it really their fault? 

 

Are we not living in 2016, where skin color and ethnicity should not matter? Gay couples can not even hold hands in public without being met with hostility. That is something we need to change! What I mean is, that the modern technology and healthcare have developed, but our society does not follow and it should!

 We want a better future for everyone. Not just white people. We fight for people of all ethnic groups. Because we believe that all lives matter. We want to look upon people with an open mind, and not judge a person by their race, their background or sexuality. We believe everyone is entitled to a fair chance in life under equal circumstances. Thankfully, the majority of people living in the United States do have a decent job with a steady income. They do find love and get married and they do all that with no restrictions. But alas, the majority does not include the minority. We want to change that. We believe everyone is entitled to that right and we will fight for those in the minority who do not yet possess it. Anything is possible as long as you set your mind to it and that is what we will do for you. 

 

We have to heal the divides in our country - Hate can still be felt and seen among the American people. And those people whose lives are seen as disposable always tend to take the beating for what seem to be of a historical matter. We - will - CHANGE that!

Bad leaders in this country impose unnecessary concern of the foreign born citizens as an example - making their lives unsure, forcing them to consider other opportunities as if they can not live where they originally wished and hoped to.  

Looking at statistics, much speaks against what the republicans are trying to fool you into believing. They say immigrants keep coming to our country to steal our jobs and wealth - that is not true. As many other people they seek the dream of a home, a husband or wife, kids and a stable income. About 69% of the 11.3 million immigrants from Mexico ages 16 and older were in the civilian labor force in 2014. This rate is slightly higher than the labor force participation of the native-born population ages 16 and older (62% of 213.1 million U.S. born). This means among other thing that the economic consequences for our country will be ground shaking if suddenly we have to rip families, friends and their lives apart!

I believe that when we have millions of hardworking immigrants contributing to our economy, it would be self-defeating and inhumane to kick them out.

Yet the Migration Policy Institute has put statistics out that shows how the number of foreign-born citizens have decreased since 2010. Then why do the Republicans even care to worry?

To this some may be skeptic - Is the Migration Policy Institute trustworthy? Am I trustworthy? The answer to that is yes. In my 12 years as political participant and member of Congress I have learned who to trust the hard way; I know what it is like to betrayed by the people you were supposed to trust and my 1st priority task is to prevent that happening to you - my fellow Americans! I know what I am talking about unlike other unfitting candidates to the Presidential post at this election.  

 

 

Dear Americans! A new chapter is about to begin. The world is watching - let us get back our pride and power, and together as a nation we will be bigger, better and stronger than ever! My fellow citizens, today I speak for you. I speak on behalf of you. 

Today we are done talking just for our own benefits. It’s time to speak up for each other instead. 

God loves everyone! - so if you are religious how can you hate people, just because they’re gay, or black or maybe just different from you? “God loves all his children” has somehow been forgotten. 

 

The right wing conservatives think our individual sexuality is a choice we make, and that some treatment and religion can cure homosexuality. That is absurd! “America the brave” we call ourselves, believing that we are a nation with acceptance for everyone, but we still fear what we don’t know. Our nation is not founded by oppression - but our culture is! That has to change. 

As an example, one of my very close friends experienced the feeling of being a minority in society. Growing up, he was labelled as an outcast and being different from others in a bad way. He was bullied throughout his teenage life, everyday people telling him he wasn’t being the way god created him. Not only religion, but also the the government not allowing same sex marriage, was sending a message to people in the LGBT community, that being different is NOT okay.  That way of thinking is not okay! 

It is the same hate that has caused wars. Wars that originate in different religious beliefs. These wars affect people who are just like everyone else, but somehow are misunderstood and looked down on by parts of society. Homosexuals, immigrants, teen mothers are all people who are misunderstood. It’s human rights for everyone, there is no difference! These people are fighting bravely to claim these rights, but it is pointless as long as we don’t acknowledge that this is our fight too! This is our America, it is our duty to stand up for the American people and make sure we are the greatest people and the most free. Most of you know that I am pro-choice. I am this for many reasons, the ones I have just mentioned included. 

Studies have shown that women who give birth at a very young age have a much, much higher risk of dropping out of school which leave them non-educated and that is bad for our society. This is the least of the consequences that follows an early birth. Unwanted children that are put in the world by rape, force, accidents or just by young women who aren’t ready, will 8 out of 10 times live a poor, crime affected, hard and unhappy life. And these children are also more likely to have children at a young age themselves. 

Let me tell you a story. When I was in elementary school I had a friend called Shaniqua. Shaniqua was a very sweet girl who did great in school. One day she was walking home from the hospital, where she worked as a volunteer. When she was about 1 mile from her home, a man grabbed and forced her into a bush and raped her. 1 month later, Shaniqua found out she was pregnant and she was just devastated. Everyone blamed her and said that she was responsible for her own actions - the government wouldn’t let Shaniqua get an abortion. She had to drop out of school and begin her life as 17-year old mom, completely unprepared and afraid. The people who fight for pro-life should really be ashamed of themselves. Not only are you ruining the life of the baby - you are also ruining the lives of the young mother and her family.

Huge amounts of immigrants are crossing the borders ruining families, ruining the society, and worst of all ruining the United States of America that we know. In times like these, it is necessary to stand together as a nation. Murderers, rapist, drug dealers and thefts, are rising at a rate we have never seen before in these years. Along with the criminal problems, the rate of illegal immigration has risen vehemently, and is this a coincidence? We are absolutely certain that it is not! This is why the second amendment is very important to me. The opportunity to own a weapon to defend my family and country! 

One score and 7 years ago was the last time we had a truly great Republican president in this country. I seek to change that. Within my first 100 days of office, I will round up the all of the undesirables to our great nation; homosexuals, illegal immigrants and criminals and send them to our specialized GBC-E camps, where they will be taught how to “re-enter” society.

One of my friends used to work at a brothel. She became pregnant and gave birth. This happened after she was denied abortion twice. She is one of the happiest women that I know today. And I know a lot of happy women. So I stand for that we BAN abortion and that we STAND for the unborn in this country. We were born from great men, but how can we call ourselves great if we do not give our unborn the chance to BE GREAT. 

A gun is like an extension of a man’s arm, of a man’s will! Our forefathers used guns in the defense and liberation of this great nation, and in the second amendment it says black on white: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The founding fathers themselves decreed, that the usage of firearms is simply a right of the American people and forsaking this document, this piece of our own constitution is a slight to our own blood, our own families, and to the God above!

And the Democrats might say “Oh, but what about school shootings? That is all because of guns…” To which I say bullshit! If a drunk driver hits, and kills, a pedestrian, we blame the driver. But if a person shoots another person, it is somehow the gun’s fault!

I’ve travelled the American country. I’ve seen happines and joy… BUT I’ve also seen change. A change for the worse. There is a threat hanging over us, like a dark cloud over our heads. 

Our boarders are weak. Thousands of illegal immigrants are flooding our borders every year. 

There are at least 2 million criminal illegal immigrants inside the country at this very moment. 

They steal the jobs from our honest hard-working americans. The immigrants bring crime and drugs and make society unsafe for us.

I want to make america safe again. My opponents want to see this country crumble. They embrace illegal immigrants. I DO NOT!  

I want you to imagine something for a second… 

Imagine a country bathed in the light of wealth. A country where your children can run and play safely on the streets; free from any danger from beyond the border.
