         <description><![CDATA[<p>Alice</p><p><br/></p><p>My first job as a cafe barista &amp; cashier --</p><p>I felt a different side of my brain working while training for this job than at school. The mixing of different concoctions to create various drinks, memorizing how to make the different coffees, sandwiches, etc. Working the POS machine &amp; I learned a lot of communication and teamwork skills. How to talk to people, how to project my voice, how to be clear, how to work with different people. Example) dealing with difficult customers (problem solving).</p><p><br/></p><p>These skills actually helped me a lot as I became a teacher. </p>]]></description>
