However, the preserved pre-war shop houses in Bugis Junction has a sentiment of an "Early Shophouse" style. It has little to none details, and its main purpose is for housing only. We can definitely see how it has integrated well into a shopping mall, hotel and office tower. In this exhibition, it shows the then and now timeline. In the 19th century, everything uses pencils and also they all looked 2D. But now it is all about the technology and also the animated characters all looks 3D as well.
