Lucki Camel Jr was born on May 30, 1996 (27) on the west side of Chicago Illinois. He is professionally known as Lucki but also goes by names like Tune, Lucki Eck$, Neptune, and Deadboy. He came to the publics attention in 2013 after releasing his debut mix tape Alternative Trap and is now releasing albums charting top 20 on billboard top 200 charts. Lucki's has been a huge inspiration to me for almost 3 years now. In his songs, Lucki often talks about the hard struggles of being in toxic relationships, and the struggle of being addicted to drugs. I take inspiration in his lyrics because it always reminds me that I should always stay off drugs and to Stay away from toxicity and to always stay positive through my hardest times. In the song "Poker Face" Lucki raps about his struggle with drugs and women. Throughout the whole song Lucki expresses his negative feelings against the women who tore him down in the past. In the song Lucki says "Shes my favorite sin I hope she don't kill me", What he means by this is that regardless of his struggle with women he falls back to drugs to cope with his deep pain.

In another song "Cocaine woman" Lucki says "You make all nights look sad like drunk parents". In this lyric he is speaking on his childhood trauma of his mother and father arguing late at night. #TuneSkii #Superski

Lucki tells Monterality in an interview that when the album ¨ Take care ¨ By Drake he wanted to relate to him in almost every aspect. Lucki also says Drake taught him how to rap over trap beats without talking about crack and killing people. Lil wayne is also a huge influence in Luckis whole life. He often listened to him when he was in high school but once he started rapping and dropped out he started taking way more influence in his lyrical ability. In an interview with Fader Lucki says he is from the last block of the city in the West side of Chicago. With Chicago being a state with a wide variety of talented artists such as Chief Keef, Kanye West, and Chance the Rapper it was easy for him to learn from others in his environment. Also with Chicago also being the third largest city in the U.S it was easy for Lucki to get the recognition he needed to be the successful artist he is.
