I just want you to know that I FULLY enjoyed and appreciated you though all of it.  I have tried to make online English class as interesting as possible while being understanding of the many challenges I know so many of you have faced.  In addition to that, it is really freaking hard to NOT be physically present at school and "get" the meaning of so many of the lessons and activities that we do in class.  PLUS our class is first period and you all are teenagers LOL.

  A few things that I hope you can take from our time together:

1) Our daily music and attendance check-ins and the connections that we made in those conversations. Harry Mack came from this class and I am grateful to Celestina for that : )

2) Ethos. Logos, Pathos and Hip Hop and your This I Believe and of course our TED Talks

3) Journals and the importance of writing and how much fun it can be to look back

FINALLY - This is not "Goodbye" unless you want it to be. You can ask kids I have had from last year and years previous; I will be here for you AFTER our class "ends."   I mean that.

I have never quite had a class like this one. It was a completely different feel. Henry Mack Freestyles, daily songs, and emphasis on our mental health are a few reasons for the uniqueness and enjoyability of this class.
