         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Understand what kind of leader I am and could/should become. As a leader, how to become better at delegating tasks and responsibilities? How to be an expert and a leader? Does becoming a leader (team/ manager) mean that eventually you cannot be the topmost expert of your field anymore?</div><div><br>- I’d like to develop my leadership skills, specifically leading people in my group. I’d like to develop my skills in strategizing. I’d like to get to know my colleagues better.</div><div><br>- Each level of communication within the program has a stated level of transparency and this is agreed in advance with all involved participants (privacy maintained while vital information still able to be shared where proven necessary)<br><br>- to receive an insight into different personalities across different functions in the business.&nbsp; Learn and adapt to work with variety of personalities and their methods of working.&nbsp; Provide good support and receive good support from buddy and align our teams. Learn about my own profile and how to adjust aspects of it and improve to become a good leader and contributor to the business and drive forward MEGIN's success</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
