Provide opportunities for students to know each other. Create classroom dialogue. Pounce their names correctly. Try their home language, use it in welcome and routines. The challenge here could be that parents are not ready to collaborate with the school, how should school and teachers invite parents join into the classroom.

-Inviting parents into speak about their own culture
-Using Seesaw to share directly with the parents, with this sharing can be done instantly. 
-Hosting a classroom "Heritage Days" 
-Cultural Day with symbols or clothing that shows their culture and having parade
