Some grants were given the stipulation that coaching was needed, but I wonder if there is a more effective way to ensure that the correct changes/coaching is made. I feel that it might be possible to split the full group into two as 40 voices might not be needed. I wonder if there is way to split the large group of reviewers in two. Then come together and discuss the ones we had questions about. I valued the input from other coaches and administrators; however, the process is long and therefore it can become quite laborious.
