College campuses use of affirmative action are arguabley one way that universitites have been able to be more Diversity, Equity, and Iclusion (DEI) compliant. Funding is one of the major things to be watched during this time regarding Diversity, Equity, and Iclusion (DEI) departments, without funding the positions that create these departments will cease to exist.
