Before any enterprises were created, people were already arguing about which characteristic are needed when referring a good leader. However, if it takes as an example the most successful business and point out their leaders it will clearly see that the common factors or the most important qualities a good manager should have are creativity, leadership and intuition.

According to Robert E. Franken, creativity is the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others (1994). There is a wide range of reasons why this is really necessary; when talking about managers not only the fact that if a manager can’t recognize ideas he will never be able to satisfy the demands of the consumers that he is trying to please, and if the buyers are not happy there won’t be any capital generated and furthermore his company will be on bankrupt.

  In farms, dogs are used to lead the sheep, if the sheep are not well leaded they will get lost and soon they might get eaten by a wolf. Thus this principle is applied in business. It is mandatory for a manager to have leadership in order to create a figure of authority that will lead the employees into the right path. Imagine a business in which the employees don’t follow the orders given by the manager. Perhaps we can’t imagine this because if the employees do not follow their superior there won’t be any enterprise.

Knowing what is the best thing to do and which decisions people should take; hence can exhibit what decides the future of a company.
