Good evening, Group 1. I'm Terri Showers, one of your partners for the COIL Project. I'm one of the interviewers; the other two are Kiera Williams and Mia Dorsey from Our Lady of the Lake University. I find it an experience from the other side of the desk. I look forward to meeting you all; Nicole, Diego, Angel, Lizbeth, Ariadna, Emilia, and Oskar. We need to schedule our virtual meetings soon. My schedule can be adjusted on Mondays and Wednesdays and after 3:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays central time. For us, the interviews are due by October 13 at 11:59 CDT. We should start September 30th through October 12th. We can interview three people daily, which may take up to two hours. I will be asking questions concerning your qualifications: When was your last program training? What do you expect from our company? How do you work with a team of approximately 15 people?
