Brooker has completed postgraduate studies in areas that range from behavioral science to the treatment of substance abuse disorders. As a member of the United States Air Force, he served in numerous senior clinical neuropsychology positions that included an assignment as a military consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General for clinical neuropsychology. Alan E. Brooker has also practiced in partnership with multiple American medical centers and HMOs, including First Hospital Vallejo and Aetna Government Health Plans. For the last 25 years, Alan E. Brooker has served as a qualified medical evaluator with the Department of Industrial Relations of the California Industrial Medical Council (IMC) in Sacramento, California. His duties with the IMC involve work in the field of workers’ compensation. Since 1998, Alan E.
