According to the Infographics modern regrets are: buying a house , the wrong job , having some awful pictures of you on social media , sharing selfies of you and having tattoos on your body. These are things you can change but it's not that cushy. For example if you decide you want a tattoo of something important that had happened in your life or you are just having some instantaneous feeling. Or if you choose a job just for the money but you don't enjoy it then you will feel dissatisfactory. A moldy picture of you on the internet can harm your whole career.

And here are the statistics :

1 in 4 home owners regret buying their house.
29% of adults 34 or younger have posted something on social media that they think could ruin their career
25% of us regret sharing some gammy selfies
31% of people regret tattoos

We sublimely agree with this.

------------------------------------------------------------
GLOSSARY
-remorse : a feeling of being sorry for something you have done
-dissatisfying : not pleased with something you do
-cushy = easy
-moldy = embarrassing
-gammy = lame
-sublimely = completely
------------------------------------------------------------

90% of the population regret something in their lives. Mostly in romance, in family situations, in education, for example choosing university or making decision. Regrets in career is the fourth and faliure in finances stands after that. It is The Northwestern's Kellogg School of Managment's researches.
Besides theese factors the most prominent regrets comes from social relationships. The reason behind this is our inherent need to belong to somewhere. In my opinion social regrets are the most risky situation, and the others that are connected to other people becacuse thees have conseqences. But I think decisions and regrets what is about yourself, like career 9or education are the most determinant things in our own spiritual situation.
44% of women have romantic regrets, but that is kind of obvious. But opposed to this just 19% of men have this type of regrets. For example we were too shy to tell somebody that we love him/her.
We feel the most regret about missed chance, for example when we do not accept a job. In the long-run we are more likely to regret things that we did not dothan things that we did do.
That is beacuse of our psychological immune system, it helps us to recover from bad experiences quicker than we assume. I think it is true, but in my life there are more regrets about things that I do because I am that type of people who do everything what I can do.

First of all, to let go of regret you should try to learn from your mistakes. If you see what you did wrong, you can correct it. You should always see the bright side of every action in your life even if it's nkt completely positive. As the proverb says:,, It's no use crying over spilled milk." , so let go of what happened in the past, and try to make better decisions in the future with the knowledge you earned feom your past mistakes.
According to the article, older people experience regret more keenly than younger people, and it hurts their health and well-being more. The reason is it's harder to right your wrongs the older get, so regrets become more painful. Right your wrongs today!
An analysis of more than 13500 tweets found out, that we make our regrets public when we are looking for social support.

Csótánytej lehet a jövő energiaitala! :)

Regret is the most beneficial emotion, which really helps us get through mistakes that we had made in the past. It prevents making them in the future, also, if you have an opportunity that you either miss or make a mistake, it breeds regret. It can improve your character and your point of view of the world. When things feel like uncontrollable, we rationalize away regret. When we have a better opportunity, that we don't accept, we feel guilty about it, these are called opportunity principle. true af
But apart from that, this is psychological bullshit and we don't really care about this shit.
