Der ble det nevnt at de eneste lovlige organiseringene er egen kommunal tjeneste og interkommunalt samarbeid. Det finnes kommuner i Viken som vi tror ikke drifter PPT lovlig (f.eks. kjøper tjenester) og som vi bør følge opp.

Tanken er å utvikle videosnutter hvor vi tar for oss analysekompetanse, forståelse av statistikk, kjennskap til systemer for innsamling og visning av indikatorer, som kommunene i forkant, i løpet av og ettertilsynet kan benytte for å skaffe seg bedre oversikt over skolene. 

Tilsynet bør gjennomføres av Statistikk og analyse gruppen vår med støtte av en jurist.
