The moderator tries to make every one has equal turns. She tries to help and try to give them tips. She tries to make them understand the topic better. She tries to make them relate to the text. She tries to make them work together. She directs the conversation. She listens to their ideas.

The moderator is stating the person's answer so everyone can hear it. She is making the person elaborate and think about her response. She agrees when a good connection/evidence comes out. She waits for the person to finish her answer. They are all elaborating on their answer, and she is letting them connect using their responses, so that a really  good one would be able to start a conversation. The moderator allows all the people to talk and share their responses. The moderator is starting to connect their responses together, and the group is connecting each of their answers. The moderator is connecting their lives with the book. She allows everyone to have a chance, and preventing any interruptions by using the raise-hand feature. She is asking beyond the text questions, and trying to get the group to answer the questions. She is connecting other people's lives with their responses and letting them release their feelings. She is allowing a lot of traffic in a peaceful way. The way she was doing it, there was absolutely no trouble.

The Moderator(Ms.Brullo) is always asking more questions and encouraging the students to think harder. She is listening actively. Ms.Brullo is waiting for people to finish their sentence. She is trying to make sure everyone is equally getting nought time to talk. She is not just telling or stating something. She is always asking questions. She is also trying to connect the students in the world. She is talking in a nice tone so the students can be encouraged to talk and contribute in the conversation.

I noticed the moderator asks questions to start of the conversation. I noticed that when Fernando interupted by mistake she stopped talking and said "Go ahead Fernando!" The moderator asks for the opinion instead of doing it without asking. The moderator. She makes sure the conversation does not talk just about what they said but also talks about how their expirence relates to Rachel's. The moderator makes sure everyone gets a chance to share what they need to share. The moderator makes sure everyone stays on topic. The moderator suggests ideas and sparks new coversations!
