I loved to play monument valley as a child, it is a fun puzzle game that has good music, good geometry and story! I got introduced to it by my cousin, and I haven't stopped liking it ever since. The music in the game is of a minimalistic style, I downloaded the entire playlist of all of the music within the game, it used some instruments that I have never heard off, and it sounds mysterious and wonderful! The news that monument valley 3 will be out in this December really excites me!

Opera - Turandot

Turandot is my favourite opera, not because of the story, but because of the mix between western music and Chinese music. Puccini really did weave Chinese melodies within the whole opera, especially in one piece, he took the melody of the Chinese folk song 好一朵美丽的茉莉花 and changed it a bit. Ping Pang Pong has always been my favourite characters in this opera, they are comical and fun to watch.

Musical - Cats

Cats was a special musical to me. This was the musical that got me into playing the cello. My mom bought a CD of the musical after we watched it, and when this track was playing, I asked my mother what was the instrument playing the introduction, and she told me that it was the cello. I told her that I wanted to learn the cello, and she immediately took me to buy one. (she wanted me to play the cello, but at first I did not want to, that is why she was so excited when I wanted to.)

I remembered listening to a concert that included the Alpine symphony and the four seasons of Buenos Aires, but I couldn't remember when it was or what was the name of the concert even, though I did remember that the flyer had a picture of all the four seasons drawn in the style of monument valley. Then I thought that I could at least try to find what the piece was, and I found this. This is my favourite version, played by my favourite violinist Ray Chen. I like his playing style, and how accurate his every note is.

I went to listen to a Rach 2 concert with my friends, and when I heard this movement, it made me think that I was in a train in Russia during winter. I loved it so much that afterwards I added it to my downloads.

Dreamcatcher is my favourite Kpop group, even some songs sounds like it is rock. I like almost every song by this group! it was their song 'GOOD NIGHT' that got me into this group, and then I went on and downloaded the full album of their songs. The songs below are the songs that I like that are from their playlist, crossing over their different albums :)
