I think that it is important to not focus on one method of teaching. While technology is helpful it is also important for the students to learn in other ways. It is important to remember that not all students learn the same, so it is important to try and teach in different ways to help all of the students.

No, I believe that there should a well-rounded use of materials. Technology can be very beneficial in a class, but I believe that physical reading book should still be incorporated because some students may not have access to wifi at their homes. However, I did find an article that states the pros and cons of having technology in the classroom.

I do not believe that technology should be the only medium used to teach students. Teachers should incorporate technology into learning along with textbooks, reading books, and even maintaining some kind of workbook students can practice what they are learning in. The more mediums students have to learn with then the more opportunities are created for students to learn in various ways.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocRWK-ZTzBI

I believe that technology can be very useful and a great tool in teaching, however I would be careful as to not rely on it too much. There might even be some students that don't have access to technology outside of school, to those students the textbook might be very beneficial.

I believe the key to a quality education for all students is variety. It is important to spend time finding a balance between various methods. If there is only one learning material being used, students will become unfocused and uninterested, resulting in a low performance rate.

I do not believe that technology in schools should be the only use for teaching. Technology should be used for videos or games that will help students learn. Students should used actual textbooks that they can take home and other places to use. If a student only has an ebook, the phone battery could die while the student is trying to study or other mishaps that could impair the student from doing his/her work.

I totally believe that you should use several things to teach (i.e. computers, books, text books, documentaries). Not every work that you show the students will work for every student. Showing them the same thing in a variety of ways will help the information stick for a bigger percentage of the class.
