At first, Management theory is the essential background for the successful manager, there have several management theories which are Scientific Management Theory, Systems Management Theory, Conditingency Management Theory and Theory X and Theory Y. For me, I think the most interesting theory is the  Theory X and Theory Y. The Theory X and Theory Y are the theories of motivation given by Douglas McGregor in 1960’s. These theories are based on the premise that management has to assemble all the factors of production, including human beings, to get the work done. I like this theory because this will help managers understand how their belifs affect their behaviour, managers can be more effective by considering howtheir behaviour is shaped by their expectations about human nature.     • = The life expectancy is 70.3. The income is 4340. The relationship between those 2 is that when the income goes up, the life expectancy goes up as well.

    = There are 2.42 babies per woman. It is like that because the more the babies, the less life expectancy.
