Lack of tutor support from main areas. Trips and duties etc very disruptive, especially as groups were mixed. Not paying attention to ProMonitor or responding to emails.

Large class sizes (GCSE).

Two-hour slots tested lower ability students.

Students still joining groups up until half-term - very disruptive and negative effect on group dynamics.
