This problem seems to have been occurring for quite a while if it bogs down the staff every week. If anything in the work place bogs down the staff it becomes a serious problem. Skype and Facebook are the only ones that I could see would possibly work. 
Facebook has a live option, so people from the company could all watch a live presentation and discuss the presentation in the comments. This would offer only the video for the person running the presentation.
Skype would also be a very convenient way for Waking Up, Inc. employees to connect for business meetings. With Skype, you can do the same thing as Facebook with the live chat, but also a couple more options. Skype also includes voice chat and live video for everyone connected to the call. On Skype you can also share your screen with the whole group as well. If the in person meetings bog the staff down, then the online ones should be a bit more comfortable. Every staff member now needs to download Skype, create a user name, and add all of the other co-workers. The group morale should improve if the face to face meetings were becoming too much to deal with.
Skype is the most efficient way to communicate for online meetings based on the options given.
