They may not see the importance of the technology integration and connection between school and home.

My team is very resistant to new forms of technology and they discourage using technology so much in Kindergarten. I feel that I would grow so much more in my use of technology if I was able to share what I've created and have my coworkers collaborate and add to the creations.

Their resistance is discouraging and holds me back from developing further because we do everything the same I feel obligated to do what they do.
