It sounds like Starwood members had a much better points-earning system than did the Marriott members.  It also sounds like the Starwood members are going to lose out somewhat.</div>]]></description>

We learned how he failed but also that others had failed and although he was not servant leader nor did he fit into the mold of other good leaders, he may have run up against a board that was unwilling to see things his way.
